Fiscal Year 2010: No Current Data Available Fiscal Year 2011: 2011 PHMSA anticipates receiving more than 36 applications for the “PHMSA Pipeline Safety Program One Call Grant’ for CY 2011. It is anticipated the application request will total more than 1.5 million dollars. With the requirement each state review the nine elements of an effect damage prevention program to meet the PIPES Act of 2006, we will see an increase requested for more funds.
